I am 46 years of age, 6'1", 180lb, 34w, Average build with Brown Hair, a great deal of Brown to be exact. Cursed with the stuff to be honest...



I am looking for like-minded guys that I have something in common with. Become good friends and if lucky could ultimately turn into something more substantial. And yes, in that order.



I am not looking for a model; most men have something that I find attractive despite your height, weight or the color of your skin. Simply have a good attitude, be polite, uninhibited, honest, non-judgmental and we will get along just fine. What we build from that point could be simply amazing! If not then no harm done, there is always a chance I will make a good friend or two along the way.



I love anything outdoors. Everything from simple walks in the park to hikes in the woods. Watching a Ball Game or just sitting in a quiet place and talking with a friend. As long as I am outdoors I am happy. I do enjoy movies and I will admit that my likes sway towards the Sci Fi / horror / fantasy side of things. I guess what I am looking for there is simply to escape reality for a bit, even if that escape is only for a couple hours I believe it is healthy to get lost now and then where there are no worries or weight on your shoulders, even if that escape is only for a couple of hours at a time. I love to go to dinner. I guess what I am looking for there is that I got to eat! This can be at home or in a restaurant, I simply like the chance to communicate and sitting at the table is a great opportunity to do this.



Now, for my less attractive baggage:



I am dealing with Cancer. For this reason I am not currently working and do not ever expect to be “rich”. Nor am I looking for anyone who is “rich”. I have the means to feed and house myself. This being said I am not looking for someone to do this for me and expect that you can do the same. Granted, the weekend trip to Hawaii or San Francisco are not likely in my budget, but something I can surly save for if planned in advance. I am simply trying to be upfront, it is not an easy topic to bring up for anyone when you first meet. This way it is out there and no longer a taboo subject. Yes, all my parts work and yes I do have my share of issues as well… I do not expect myself to win the Peachtree in the near future and I had to cancel my auditions for Dancing with the Stars but I do just fine and tend to be very independent. There are a few other things on my shit list but nothing that keeps me from being me.



I enjoy having a drink (or two) socially and love to laugh however am not a big supporter of drugs regardless of how common or harmless someone may tell me they are. I do not smoke; I do not care if others do, however nothing personal but I can not see myself being able to watch someone I care for do that to themselves. My own health issues alone would prohibit this.



Sexually I prefer top, yet I never cease to surprise myself when it comes to pleasing someone I care for. Nor do I see sex as the basis of a lasting relationship, I enjoy sex as much as the next guy but if you see it as the foundation to a bond, then I don’t see anything productive forming. I can not say that I have ever been referred to as “shy” or “inhibited”. If no one has a chance of getting hurt then I am most likely open for most anything within reason. At least once



I am an educated, fun person that despite everything still tries to find the good out there. If I wanted to surround myself with negativity and doom I would sit home and watch the Fox News Channel.
