There is no cure, though many quacks on the internet will say there is. My only real problem is going out. I have to use an electric wheelchair as I cannot walk very far at all. But it doesn't stop me from enjoying life. 99% of the time I can look after myself, it's only 1% of the time things are difficult but even then I manage. Please don't let this stop you from getting to know me. I'm a very lonely guy at the moment. Lots of family and friends but I want someone to cuddle up to at night and laugh with during the day.
