Are you different from most?

I'm looking for a man who is first of all respectful. I think respect not money makes the world go 'round. Secondly that man has to be my best friend. Loyal, loving, kind and able to laugh at just about anything! If the first thing you want to talk about is hooking up, please move on. I may be as liberal as the next gay male, however I value traditionalism in a relationship. One-on-one. Why does that concept elude so many of "us?"

I guess the above tells you a lot about my values. The rest of me? I'm no athlete, but I like to be "on the go." I'm a pretty quiet person overall, but can safely say I know how to let loose. I have a job that I value immensely but it certainly doesn't define me. I love to go out to hear some local music, have a few drinks and a bite to eat, and perhaps meet a few people along the way. However, I miss having a guy to go home with when the work day is said and done...to cook a meal together, talk, rock out to some great tunes and make fools of ourselves, relax and...just...BE.
