Ok, first off, I pose this question? I hear people say all the time that they are looking for someone in good shape. So, isn't round a shape? So then, what is a good shape? A standing up rectangle? Oval?

I guess I am currently an stocky oval striving to be a standing rectangle.

So, a little about me:

Single man here. I am 46, 5'8" and 260 (currently unknown; feel that I have lost some, but have no scale to look). I am very shy, so striking up conversation is hard for me. But do not let that make you hesitate talking to me. I can be very funny (have been told that I have a very wicked sense of humor).

Am trying to attempt to regain the land of the gym bears, but is hard. Need to lose weight and better myself. If someone would like to help train me, please let me know. Could use the help. Motivation is my worst habit.
